Underground Civil and Mechanical Supervisor Responsibilities of role: - Oversee and manage underground civil construction projects.
- Supervise the installation, maintenance, and repair of underground mechanical equipment.
- Plan and schedule maintenance activities to minimize downtime.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and project specifications.
- Coordinate and direct activities of workers, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify hazards and ensure quality standards.
- Manage resources, including Labor, materials, and equipment.
- Diagnose and resolve mechanical issues efficiently
Experience required: - 3+ years of experience in underground civil, Mechanical construction, preferably in a supervisory role.
- Relevant qualifications in Civil, Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Familiarity with underground mechanical systems, including mine transport and ventilation.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and technical documents.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
