We're looking for passionate, qualified Refrigeration Mechanics to help establish our Rockhampton presence and provide ongoing support to our Emerald operations. About the Role

This is a versatile and dynamic role that offers the opportunity to work across a wide range of Refrigeration and Air-conditioning applications, from domestic to commercial and industrial projects. As part of our growing team, you will play a critical role in establishing our Rockhampton branch while also providing support to our long-standing operations in Emerald. The role will require mutual flexibility to share time across both locations when necessary to ensure seamless service delivery.

What We're Looking For

Your Experience:

• Hands-on expertise in a wide range of Refrigeration and Air-conditioning systems, including domestic, commercial, and industrial applications
• Strong technical knowledge of the Refrigeration and Air-conditioning industry
• Exceptional diagnostic and problem-solving skills, particularly with HVAC systems and controls
• A commitment to workplace safety and an excellent work ethic
• The ability to work independently while representing our company professionally
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills

Essential Qualifications:

• Refrigeration Licence
• Full Australian Driver's Licence
• Minimum of 2 years post-trade experience
• A valid Police Check (or willingness to obtain one)
