Key Responsibilities
Mentor and lead a team of engineers, ensuring peak productivity and alignment with company values.Oversee resource allocation, technical direction, and professional development.Manage and deliver high-profile projects on time, within scope, and on budget.Collaborate closely with clients to understand and address technical requirements.Develop and implement quality control measures to ensure all deliverables meet industry and regulatory standards.Promote a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering innovative solutions to complex engineering challenges.Support business development by identifying and pursuing new opportunities.Drive business growth by identifying industry trends and areas for innovation.Work with senior management to shape long-term company strategies and growth.Qualifications and Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (essential).Chartered status (CPEng, RPEQ) with 10+ years of relevant experience.Proven leadership and project management expertise in a consulting or industrial environment.In-depth knowledge of fixed & mobile plant assets, plant maintenance, reliability practices, and industry regulations.Experience in the mining sector, is highly desirable.What We OfferA competitive salary package including vehicle.
