The Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Motor Mechanic to join our team. This hands-on role involves working across all farm equipment and machinery, including trucks, tractors, and other agricultural vehicles. You’ll be responsible for regular servicing, maintenance, and repairs to ensure our operations run smoothly year-round.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine servicing and maintenance of farm vehicles and machinery.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical issues across a variety of equipment.
• Maintain service records and ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Work collaboratively with farm staff to support daily operations.

What We’re Looking For:

• Qualified motor mechanic with relevant certifications.
• Experience with agricultural machinery is highly desirable.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
