Responsibilities:
– Primary point of contact for all Queensland mine sites
– Coordinate and plan shutdowns, ensuring tasks are managed efficiently
– Identify and communicate customer needs
– Attend pre-shutdown meetings on site as required
– Manage service team to ensure all work requirements are completed, including toolbox meetings, JHA, and Take 5 processes
– Develop JHA for new or high-level tasks required on sites
– Ensure adherence to WH&S practices for all staff members
– Maintain excellent customer relations
Qualifications:
-Mechanical Engineering or related field preferred
-Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role within the mining industry
-Proven experience in customer service and relationship management
-Demonstrated leadership and supervisory experience
