Your key responsibilities include:

• Service, maintenance, installation and repair of automotive vehicles
• Carrying out diagnostic work in accordance with the issued repair and diagnosis order
• Conducting works under warranty which must be performed using the correct procedures and standards
• Maintaining a sound knowledge across brand products and services
• Make sure you meet customer and manufacturer high-quality standard of work

To be successful in this role:

• Hold a recognized Australian Automotive Technician qualification
• Possess a current Australian drivers license
• Have great time management with the ability to priorities deadlines
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Titan DMS experience preferred but not essential
