About the Role
This is a hands-on Leading Hand position suited to someone who can confidently run a small crew and deliver work safely and efficiently.
You’ll take ownership of your jobs — not just follow instructions — and be part of improving how we operate.
Key Responsibilities
Erect and dismantle scaffolding to safety and industry standards
Lead and supervise a small crew on-site
Ensure all work is completed safely and efficiently
Inspect equipment and maintain safety compliance
Work closely with other trades and site supervisors
Complete basic job and safety records
Maintain clean, organised, and safe work sites
What We’re Looking For
✔ Experienced Two-Plank/Guardrail Scaffolder
✔ Ability to lead a crew and take ownership of jobs
✔ Reliable, punctual, and safety-focused
✔ Strong communication on-site
✔ Someone who wants to contribute ideas and grow with the business
Licences & Requirements
Basic Scaffolding Ticket (essential)
White Card (essential)
MR Truck Licence (essential)
Proven residential scaffolding experience
