Scaffolding Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced Scaffolding Supervisor to join our project team in Kwinana, where we have been contracted to perform all SMP works to integrate new mechanical equipment into the existing processing plant. This will be for a minimum duration of 2-3 months and will be a night shift position commencing on the 17th of March.

The Role:

• Schedule, coordinate and supervise the daily activities of the work crew.
• Review work packaging and detailed planning.
• Monitor daily works, including quality inspections, daily progress reporting and safety leadership activities.
• Coordinate work crew plant, equipment, and materials to achieve operational outcomes and targets, safely.
• Promote, conduct, and amend risk assessments to identify, highlight and implement mitigation strategies, as required.

About You:

• Trade qualification in related discipline. 
• A minimum 2 years industry experience in a supervisory role. 
• A proven track record in effective health and safety management. 
• Experience in effective planning, scheduling, management of personnel, resources, and equipment to meet Project requirements.
• Well developed interpersonal, influencing and communication skills (written and verbal) with the ability to build positive working relationships at all levels.
