Boilermaker

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and fabricate new builds and modifications for machinery and equipment.

• Perform machining, metal forming, and bending of fabrication materials.

• Assist with the installation of fabricated structures.

• Collaborate with engineering companies to ensure compliance with specifications, ratings, and standards.

• Design and create holding jigs to streamline fabrication processes.

• Support repairs and maintenance of all farm machinery and equipment.

• Assist and share your knowledge with workshop employees to ensure smooth execution of all workshop activities.

What We’re Looking For:

• Trade-qualified Boilermaker with fabrication experience.

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

• Knowledge of engineering standards and specifications.

Diesel Mechanic

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform servicing, maintenance, and repairs of farm machinery and equipment.

• Support the construction of new machinery and equipment.

• Assist in the training of machine operators, troubleshooting, and maintenance where applicable.

• Maintain accurate servicing records and action repairs as required.

• Keep maintenance “in-house” to reduce costs wherever possible.

What We’re Looking For:

• Trade-qualified Diesel Mechanic.

• Strong diagnostic and repair skills with a proactive approach.

• Ability to train and guide others effectively.

• Organised, with a focus on detail and record-keeping.
