About the Role
If you’re a trade-qualified Mechanic looking for a challenge beyond the ordinary and eager to grow your career in the rapidly expanding renewable energy sector, this is your chance to join a wind farm team where your skills will help power a cleaner, greener future. We’re seeking a hands-on, safety-driven mechanic to join our on-site wind farm operations team in Geraldton, Western Australia.
We offer a competitive salary and benefits package. You’ll receive fully funded training in wind turbine systems and GWO, plus the stability of full-time employment with a leading asset management partner. Our team is built on a strong foundation of safety, professional development, and supportive teamwork.
This permanent role operates on a four-day week roster, with occasional overtime, so we’re looking for someone who already lives locally or is prepared to relocate to Geraldton. In this position, you’ll carry out scheduled maintenance, troubleshooting and repair work, component exchanges and planned work on high-performance wind turbines and associated infrastructure. Every day offers fresh air, varied scenery, and the chance to work with cutting-edge technology. The successful candidate will be trained to become a Wind Turbine Technician, focusing on routine maintenance, breakdown repairs, and implementation of upgrades on local turbines—and potentially supporting sites across Australia when required.
If you have heavy industrial experience working with large machines and hydraulics, and you are interested in becoming a Wind Turbine Technician, we’d love to hear from you. Join us in making a positive environmental impact while advancing your career in the wind energy sector.
