About the role

We are seeking hard working, reliable candidates to work as Trades Assistants for our welders within our boat manufacturing factory in Coomera. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone wanting to learn to weld or continue in their welding training. 

These are full time, permanent roles working Monday to Friday, 6am – 2:30pm (40hrs/ week). Occasional overtime may be required.

• Willingness to learn. All training will be provided.
• Someone who is very reliable with great attendance
• Ability to work in a very fast paced environment
• Be a great team player who is willing to learn - opportunity to learn how to weld available to the right candidate
• Show initiative and enthusiasm

• Willingness to learn and develop skills within our boat building operations
