About the role

We have a full time permanent opportunity for skilled Welders to join our boat building production teams, based in Coomera on the Northern end of the Gold Coast. These roles will ensure that our boats are built to the highest possible standards and quality. Experience working with Aluminium is highly desirable.

This is a Full time, permanent role. We work 6am – 2:30pm, Monday to Friday (40 hours) with occasional overtime. 

Skills and experience

• Fabricate and build aluminium boats
• MIG welding skills essential
• TIG welding skills desirable
• Ability to Weld aluminium extrusion and unpainted sheet metal
• Opportunity to earn your worth with our productivity/ piece rate system.
• Work towards, and maintain production in allocated time frames to ensure the smooth flow of production
• Produce neat and quality welds daily
• Use of equipment such as power tools, pneumatic tools, band saws, hand toolsand welders
