Griffin Marine Services, a leading provider of specialized marine services, is seeking experienced Welders to join our dynamic team. We offer a range of challenging and rewarding projects across various sites in Western Australia, including Henderson, Rockingham (Garden Island), and Yangebup.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform a variety of welding tasks, including carbon fluxcore, stick, Copper Nickel (CuNi) TIG, and stainless steel TIG welding
- Aluminium MIG / TIG
- Interpret technical drawings and welding symbol’s
- Plasma cutting / Oxy acetylene cutting
- Great knowledge and use of hand / Power tools
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and wear appropriate PPE
- Work effectively as part of a team or independently
- Contribute to the successful completion of projects on time and within budget
What You'll Need:
- Minimum of 5 years of welding experience
- Strong welding skills across multiple techniques and positions
- Current driver's license
- White Card (OHS Construction Induction)
- Ability to work overtime and on rotating shifts
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
Desirable Qualifications:
- Confined Space Entry
- Fire Sentry Training
- Working at Heights
- Basic Rigging
- Forklift License
