SEQH reside on company owned sites in both Hemmant and Toowoomba. Both of which are undergoing 2025 planned infrastructure developments that have been initiated by genuine growth. It’s an exciting time to join!

What is the role?

We’re hiring a Tyre Fitter passionate about the Heavy Transport Industry. No tyre fitting experience needed as training will be provided, but a mechanical mindset is required. You’ll fit, repair, and maintain tyres on heavy vehicles, ensuring our fleet operates safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with tyre fitting, balancing, alignments, rotations, and maintenance for safety and longevity of heavy vehicles and machinery.
• Complete work orders, end-of-job paperwork, and coordinate service scheduling with the Maintenance Coordinator.
• Track and document work orders, schedules, and maintain a clean, organized workshop.
• Ensure compliance with National Heavy Vehicle Accreditation Scheme standards.
• Collaborate effectively with the team and maintain a positive work environment.

Key Requirements:

• Possession of a current driver’s license.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Physical fitness to handle manual tasks and tyre changing duties.
• Experience in detailed tyre changing for heavy vehicles preferred.
• Availability to start early as needed.
