Tyre Fitter

About the Role:

We’re seeking an experienced Tyre Fitter to join our Richlands workshop team. In this role, you’ll handle tyre fitting, conduct inspections, and perform general workshop tasks, helping to ensure our transport fleet stays safe, roadworthy, and ready for every delivery.

This position operates Monday to Friday, with the opportunity for overtime.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Fit, repair, rotate, and replace tyres on trucks, trailers, and light vehicles
• Inspect tyres for wear, damage, and safety issues, reporting concerns promptly
• Assist mechanics with maintenance and repairs
• Maintain a clean, organised, and safety-compliant works

Skills and Experience 

• Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Tyre Fitter (heavy vehicle experience preferred)
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on safety
• Team player who can take initiative
• Positive, flexible attitude and willingness to help where needed
