About the Role

We’re seeking experienced Tube Fitters to join awarded projects across Queensland and the Northern Territory, supporting the installation and integration of instrumentation and hydraulic tubing systems.

This is a hands-on role working on critical infrastructure projects, with a strong focus on safety, quality, and precision. Positions are FIFO on a 3:1 or 2:2 roster.

You’ll be part of a collaborative, high-performing team delivering works across Oil & Gas wellhead and plant infrastructure.

With purpose, respect and a driven mindset, you’ll contribute by:

  • Install, bend, cut and flare tubing in line with drawings and specifications
  • Assemble and secure tube fittings and supports using appropriate tools and methods
  • Perform pressure testing and leak checks on tubing systems
  • Interpret P&IDs, isometric drawings, and technical schematics
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards, procedures, and material handling requirements
  • Maintain a clean, organised, and efficient work environment.

Here’s what you’ll need to thrive in this role:

  • Relevant trade qualification in mechanical fitting or tube fitting
  • Proven experience in tube fitting within oil & gas, energy, or mining environments
  • Strong ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics
  • Experience using tube bending, cutting, and flaring tools
  • High attention to detail with a strong focus on quality and safety
  • Current driver’s license and White Card.
