Truck Tyre Fitter

Crawfords Freightlines (Crawfords) is a privately owned and operated company that provides integrated intermodal freight transportation services operating in road, rail and warehousing. Crawfords operate a network of depots across Eastern Australia.

We have an opportunity for an experienced Truck Tyre Fitter to join our team. The position is based at our Sandgate depot and will be responsible for safe & effective repairs and maintenance of equipment such as heavy rigid vehicles, trailers, loaders and top-loader forklifts. The roster for this position is Tuesday – Saturday day shift OR permanent afternoon shift with the availability of paid overtime as operationally required.

About you:

• Previous experience as a Truck Tyre Fitter
• Record keeping skills with high attention to detail
• Certificate II in Automotive Tyre Servicing Technology or equivalent (desirable)
• Current HR Drivers Licence (unrestricted)
• Current Forklift Licence
• Ability to travel in various NSW locations when required
• Ability to pass a Pre-Employment Medical and comply with random Drug & Alcohol testing
