At GNB we are innovative and growth-focused and we are looking for experienced and like-minded people to join our team. We are currently seeking an Electrician with experience working on TMR traffic signals. The project is located in Edmonton and currently has between 6 and 8 months remaining. The ideal candidate will be located locally and have the knowledge and experience to be able to work without direct supervision with the assistance of an apprentice. While you and the apprentice will be working full-time on the project, you will be working with a FIFO crew from Brisbane on a 2-on-1 off roster.

Qualifications and Experience Needed:

  • QLD Electrical License
  • Sound knowledge of AS3000, and TMR Standard Drawings.
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of QA documentation, ITP’s and test sheets.
  • Must be a safety leader and willing to commit to quality and safety procedures and work instructions.

Desirable but not mandatory:

  • ACMA Cabling License
  • Sound Knowledge of the Energex and Ergon distribution network
  • High-Risk Licence
  • Working at heights Licence
  • Open HR Licence
