Technical Advisory Representative - HVAC

The Opportunity:

Our Technical Advisory Representatives are trusted technical experts that deliver technical knowledge and support to our Field Technicians and Authorised Service Centres on our appliances and Haier Air conditioning products. Responsible for technical and warranty claim support, this role will specifically focus on our air conditioning product suite, ensuring smooth operational excellence of our field teams to deliver to our customers.

Based in our Technical Advisory Centre in Lytton, in this highly collaborative office-based function, you will:

• provide regular technical support to service providers, dealers and retailers
• check products and parts to assist with correct part identification and service procedures
• identify and provide to our service network the correct service literature and information required to help with efficient repair and service of our appliances
• undertake training to ensure accurate knowledge of product operation, installation and servicing techniques

Our ideal applicant

We are looking for someone who is experienced in HVAC and how it impacts on and benefits our homes. With extensive experience in the HVAC industry on the tools, you will want to move into a more technical role advising and directing others with your extensive knowledge and experience. You will know air conditioning units well and ideally the Haier products.

You may have previously worked on the tools as a technician or service provider of HVAC systems, and know what good quality looks like. Finally, while a certain level of aptitude is important to us, the right attitude is crucial.
