Job Description:

We are looking for a reliable and skilled Synthetic Turf & Wet Pour Rubber Installer/ Landscaper to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the installation of synthetic turf and wet pour rubber surfaces for a variety of projects, including, playgrounds, landscaping, and other commercial and residential applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Measure, cut, and install synthetic turf with precision and attention to detail.
  • Lay wet pour rubber surfaces in playgrounds, sports areas, and other designated spaces.
  • Prepare and level surfaces to ensure proper installation of turf and rubber.
  • Operate relevant equipment such as compactors, power brooms, and wet pour mixers.
  • Ensure all installations are completed to the highest standard, following safety and quality guidelines.
  • Perform site assessments and assist in the preparation of materials and tools.
  • Collaborate with the project manager and other team members to meet deadlines and client expectations.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

For us to consider you for the role, you must have the following:

  • Previous experience in synthetic turf and wet pour rubber installation is highly desirable.
  • Strong knowledge of installation techniques and materials.
  • Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
  • Physical stamina and the ability to lift and carry heavy materials.
  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot installation issues.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Full, valid Manual Driver’s License.
  • White Card (OH&S induction card)
  • Must have or be able to get a Working with Children Card
  • Construction or landscaping experience is a plus.
  • Must be able to Travel.
