ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking a reliable and experienced Commercial Maintenance Plumber to provide contract supervision for our Vic Uni Contract. Reporting to the Contract Manager, you will manage resource allocation, quality control, contract optimisation and team performance. This is a field-based role with one day in the office at Vic Uni in Footscray, supporting our client and field staff in the West suburbs.
TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Coach, mentor and develop a small team of plumbers
• Develop scope of works and quote effectively within NPS framework
• Achieve monthly quote approval targets
• Build and maintain key stakeholder relationships
• Align team goals with company objectives
• Oversee complex jobs and provide client updates
• Maintain safe working practices across all sites
• Meet monthly site audit targets

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE
• 2+ years supervisor/leading hand experience
• Commercial plumbing experience (highly regarded)
• Quoting experience (essential)
• Strong people leadership skills
• Current driver’s license
• Plumbing registration or license
• Construction Induction (white/red) card
• Problem-solving aptitude
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
