Sprinkler Fitter

We are looking for an experienced Sprinkler Fitter/Mechanical Fire Technician/ qualified/licenced Plumber in Perth who is interested in working in the Fire Protection industry.

About the Role

• Based in Perth
• Reporting into the D&C Supervisor  
• Installing, servicing, maintaining mechanical and gaseous systems within the Perth area

About You

• Experience working as a Mechanical Technician, ideally in the Fire industry
• Plumbing trade background
• Certificate II in Fire Asset Maintenance
• Sprinkler Fitter license
• Australian Citizenship or Australian Permanent Resident (PR)
• Previous experience in the Fire Protection Industry is advantageous.
• Current driver’s licence
• Extinguishing Agent Handling License (EAHL)
• Computer Skills with the ability to operate service App's; completing work orders electronically. 
• Well developed communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to undergo a pre-employment medical and police check.
• A sound knowledge of the applicable Australian Standards, particularly AS1670, AS4214 and AS1851
• Self motivated with the ability to work in an unsupervised environment
• Ability to build customer relationships
• Ability to work an on-call roster
