Rabor Smash Repairs is looking for a skilled Spray Painter to join our team in Kelmscott, Western Australia. We’re looking for somebody with a great eye for detail, a steady hand, and can work independently or in a team.

What You’ll Do:

• Prepare vehicles – sanding, filling, and taping.
• Mix & Match paint colours for touch-ups and full-body paint jobs.
• Apply primer, base coat, and clear coats to industry standards.
• Follow safety standards and procedures.
• Complete quality control checks.
• Keep a clean and tidy workspace.

What You’ll Bring:

• Understanding of paint equipment, materials, and techniques.
• Knowledge of colour matching and mixing.
• Strong eye for detail.
• Bonus – Technical training or I-Car Certification.
