Sports Turf Management / Green Keeper Apprenticeship

We are offering a Green Keeper Apprenticeship for an enthusiastic and reliable person wanting to build a career in turf management and grounds maintenance. This is a full time apprenticeship for up to three years.

About the role This hands-on apprenticeship will provide on-the-job training across all aspects of greenkeeping, including the maintenance of greens, ovals and landscaped areas. You will work alongside experienced staff while completing a recognised qualification.

✅Key duties

• Assist with maintenance and renovation of turf surfaces
• Learn to operate and maintain grounds machinery
• Support irrigation, drainage and general grounds upkeep
• Assist with chemical application and safe work practices
• Contribute to outdoor WH&S requirements

🍀About you

• Interest in turf management, horticulture or outdoor work
• Willingness to learn and follow instructions
• Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors
• Reliable, punctual and a good team player
• Drivers licence
