Solar Electrician (Office based position)

We’re seeking a highly experienced CEC-accredited Solar Electrician to step into a senior, office-based technical role within our residential solar (solar PV and battery) division. This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced electrician to transition off the tools into a role focused on technical support, system design review, compliance, and quality assurance

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support across solar sales, design, and operations teams
• Review solar PV and battery system designs for accuracy and compliance
• Conduct desktop quality assurance (QA) audits of installations
• Support fault finding and troubleshooting of solar and battery systems
• Ensure compliance with CEC guidelines, AS/NZS standards, and industry best practices
• Contribute to process improvement, documentation, and technical standards

Your skills and experience

• Current CEC-accredited electrician (solar PV) – essential
• Battery accreditation highly regarded
• Experience in residential solar installation and commissioning
• Solid understanding of solar system performance, inverter systems, and fault diagnostics
• Knowledge of Australian standards (AS/NZS 3000, 5033, 4777)
• Ability to communicate technical information clearly across teams
