Job Description:

We are looking for a reliable and skilled Softscapes Labourer to join our team. As a Softscapes Labourer you will play a key role in the installation, care and upkeep of softscapes (plants, trees, flowers, mulch and turf). You’ll work alongside our experienced team to create lush, beautiful environments. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands on work, takes pride in quality workmanship and is willing to travel for projects when required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install, maintain and care for softscapes (plants, trees, flowers, mulch, turf).
  • Assist with mulching, fertilizing and watering plants and lawn areas.
  • Installation, maintenance and repair of irrigation systems (drip lines).
  • Perform routine landscape maintenance and upkeep for residential and commercial properties.
  • Maintain and ensure equipment is used safely and properly.
  • Follow safety guidelines and industry standards for all tasks.
  • Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and organization on the job site.
  • Work effectively in both team settings and independently.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and supervisors to ensure satisfaction.

For us to consider you for the role, you must have the following:

  • Previous experience in landscaping or softscaping is preferred.
  • Physically fit and able to perform manual labour.
  • Strong work ethic, punctuality and a positive attitude.
  • Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
  • Attention to detail and a passion for creating beautiful landscapes.
  • Full valid Driver’s License.
  • White Card (OH&S induction card)
  • Must have or be able to get a Working with Children Card (Blue Card)
  • Must be able to Travel.
