We’re hiring a Skilled Labourer to join an exciting new commercial build in central Shepparton. This is a long-term, full-time role on a major mixed-use development, across two stages with a reputable construction team.

About the Role:

You will support site operations with hands-on labouring, equipment operation, and safety management. The ideal candidate will be reliable, experienced, and hold a range of high-risk licences.

Must-Have Licences:

• Forklift (LF)
• Telehandler (Gold Card)
• Personnel & Materials Hoist (HP)
• Dogging (DG)
• Rigging (RB or higher)
• Spotters Ticket
• Traffic Control (TC preferred)
• White Card

Key Responsibilities:

• General labouring and site support
• Operating hoists, forklifts, and telehandlers
• Assisting trades and moving materials
• Dogging and rigging tasks
• Spotting for plant and machinery
• Traffic management and control
• Maintaining safety and cleanliness on site

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 2 years' labouring experience
• Reliable, hardworking and safety-focused
• Able to work well in a team
• Must have High Risk Licences
• Physically fit
