Opportunity

We're on the hunt for our next great team member to join our Infrastructure team!

If you’re hands-on, enjoy working outdoors, don’t mind some travel and have general or skilled labouring experience, this could be your next opportunity.

We’re now recruiting for a General/Skilled Labourer to join our established team in the Northern Adelaide region, this role will have you working across multiple of our farm sites located around the Gawler, Wasleys, Balaklava & Blyth regions.

Reporting to the Farm Infrastructure Manager, this role supports repairs and maintenance across our farm buildings, sheds and general infrastructure - helping keep our sites running safely and efficiently.

Description

About the Role

This role is varied from day-to-day and is responsible for:

  • Conduct general maintenance and repairs of farm infrastructure
  • Work in a team to identify requirements of improving current infrastructure
  • Develop repair, maintenance and construction plans and ensure completion of work from start to finish
  • Ensure compliance and adherence to all relevant regulatory requirements and internal policies and procedures
  • Work with stakeholders across multiple sites ensuring effective and efficient communication across the board


Skills And Experiences

About You

We're looking a person with the following skills/experience:

  • Welder and Boilermaker certifications are strongly desired, however relevant experience will also be considered
  • High Risk Working from Heights tickets - preferred but not essential
  • General labouring experience
  • Farming/Livestock infrastructure experience
  • Good communication skills with the ability to work independently and as a part of a wider team
  • Ability to travel (in the company vehicle) to and from our farm sites as required
