The Opportunity

Due to growth, we are seeking a skilled labourer to join our Central Coast Retirement Living site team working across a variety of locations including Bateau Bay and Northern Sydney. This key role will report to a Site Manager and work on a portfolio of multiple unit turnovers from start to finish. Some key responsibilities include:

• Day-to-day tasks with a focus on fix and fit off.
• Work closely with key subcontractors
• Adhere to OHS policies and procedures
• Ensure construction projects are built in line with building regulations and to schedule.

Key Attributes:

The successful applicants will bring to the role:

• Skilled labourer who shows initiative and professionalism
• Experience in residential construction
• Competent multitasker with the ability to work on multiple small projects simultaneously
• Ability to work in a close-knit team
• Valid driver’s license and White Card
• Exhibit high attention to detail and pride in workmanship
