We have multiple opportunities open for people to join us as General and Skilled Labourers in the Toowoomba, Dalby and Goondiwindi regions working across multiple sites - we promise you’ll never be bored.

Reporting to the Farm Infrastructure Manager, the purpose of these roles is to assist and conduct repairs and maintenance on our farm buildings, sheds and general infrastructure.

About the Role:

This new team will be responsible for:

• Conduct general maintenance and repairs of farm infrastructure
• Work in a team to identify requirements of improving current infrastructure
• Develop repair, maintenance and construction plans and ensure completion of work from start to finish
• Ensure compliance and adherence to all relevant regulatory requirements and internal policies and procedures
• Work with stakeholders across multiple sites ensuring effective and efficient communication across the board

About You:

In putting this team together we're after people with the following skills/experience:

• Welder, Boilermaker and Carpentry certifications are strongly desires, however we have positions open for both general and skilled labourers
• High Risk Working from Heights tickets - preferred but not essential
• General labouring experience
• Farming/Livestock infrastructure experience
• Good communication skills with the ability to work independently and as a part of a wider team
• Ability to travel as required
