Hutcheon and Pearce are seeking experienced Service Technicians (Heavy Diesel Mechanics) to join our Cowra Branch. You will be responsible for providing mechanical services, repairs, pre-delivery, and diagnostic work on customer or dealer-owned agriculture equipment.

Responsibilities
Working at Hutcheon and Pearce you will find yourself working on a variety of Agricultural Machinery both large and small, with changing seasons bringing different needs in the agricultural space you will often find yourself taking on new challenges and learnings.
- Perform service, repairs and maintenance of all machinery and equipment (both in the workshop and on client farms).
- Diagnose and interpret machine faults to get our customers back up and running.
- Manage and maintain service records for machinery.
- Provide technical advice and support to customers and other service technicians.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Relevant trade qualifications: Heavy Commercial Vehicle (HV Diesel Mechanics), Agricultural Mechanical Technology, Mobile Plant Technology, Automotive Manufacturing, Fitter/Turner or other relevant experience and qualifications.
- Current and valid driver’s licence
- Organised with great attention to detail
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
