Service Manager – Commercial HVAC & Building Maintenance

• $130K–$140K + super + bonuses + car allowance

You won’t be handed chaos. But you will be expected to build something great.

This isn’t about keeping the wheels turning, it’s your chance to grow a multi-trade service division across HVAC, plumbing, electrical and general building services. You’ll own the KPIs, win new contracts and lead a tight-knit team from which you’ll earn performance-based bonuses in recognition of your success.

What You’ll Do

• Lead a team of techs (HVAC, plumbing, electrical)
• Manage daily operations and ensure compliance
• Resolve escalations, oversee after-hours response
• Secure new service contracts and grow the division
• Track profitability and improve margins

What You’ll Need

• Proven experience managing commercial HVAC services (bonus if multi-trade)
• Confident leadership and team mentoring skills
• Commercial mindset, strong with margins and KPIs
• Service software know-how (Aroflo ideal)
