We’re looking for an experienced Senior Plumber to join our team in a hands-on field role focused on wastewater servicing, diagnostics, maintenance and customer support.

About the Role

In this role, you’ll work across a range of wastewater systems delivering servicing, maintenance and technical support across residential, commercial and industrial sites.

You’ll play an important role connecting our field operations with our customer service and sales teams, helping identify issues, recommend solutions, support customers, ensure quality standards are maintained and contribute to the continued growth of the business.

You will also be responsible for managing key customer relationships, providing ongoing technical support and helping customers achieve the best outcomes from their wastewater systems through proactive service and account management.

Responsibilities include:

• Managing key customer accounts and maintaining strong client relationships
• Conducting customer site reviews and providing technical recommendations to improve system performance and service outcomes
• Wastewater and septic system servicing
• Pump and infrastructure maintenance
• Diagnosing and troubleshooting system issues
• Supporting customers with technical solutions
• Plumbing qualification and relevant trade licences.
• Demonstrated experience in wastewater, plumbing, or liquid waste operations.
• Communicating clearly with internal teams to support quoting, scheduling and job delivery
• Working safely and professionally in the field
• Supporting team capability and operational standards

You’ll work across both residential and commercial environments with plenty of variety day to day.

About You

To be successful, you will have:

• Experience with pumps, septic systems, trade waste, or wastewater infrastructure will be highly regarded.
• Familiarity with Australian standards for plumbing and wastewater systems.
• Experience in wastewater, plumbing or liquid waste operations.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• A hands-on and reliable approach
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work closely with both field and office teams
• Experience managing customer relationships or key accounts
• Commercial awareness and the ability to identify customer needs and service opportunities
• Strong attention to detail and pride in quality work
• Strong safety focus
• Experience with pumps, septic systems, trade waste or wastewater infrastructure will be highly regarded.
