• FULL TIME RATE – $80 to $85 Full time + 11.5% Super on all hours
• ROSTER – 2 and 1, 2 and 2, 7 and 7 open to discussion
• DAYSHIFT ONLY – Due to the nature of this position within our team
• SITE LOCATION – Goldfields Mine Site
• FIFO LOCATION – WA to SITE
• ON-SITE ACCOMODATION – Gym / Wet and dry Mess

What your day looks like:

·         Step into a Senior HD Mechanic / Diesel Fitter role where your technical expertise supports structured diagnostics and fault-finding across a large mobile fleet

·         Be a hands-on mentor – upskill and guide the on-site maintenance team with your deep knowledge and practical experience

·         Work closely with site supervisors to lift team capability and embed best-practice maintenance standards

·         Drive frontline performance and reliability improvements where your input makes a real impact

What we’ll need from you: 

·         5+ years post-trade experience with heavy earthmoving equipment; namely Caterpillar, Komatsu, and Hitachi. (As listed below)

·         Australian National Mobile Plant Mechanic / Diesel Fitter Trade Qualification

·         Experience in either a Field Service or Leading Hand Role would suit well

·         Friendly communication skills with a focus on the team and company culture

·         Caterpillar: D10T, 16M, 988F, 789C/D, 777F/G, 992G/K

·         Hitachi: EX1900-6, EX1200-6

·         Komatsu: PC1250SP-8
