We are seeking an independent and motivated SEIA accredited solar installer, who can assist in overseeing commercial installations across Perth, and occasional systems across WA. Somebody who takes care and has attention to detail in their work. Somebody who has initiative but can also admit to not knowing everything, and not being afraid to ask questions. Somebody who can lead a team, help others learn and take responsibility, and support good morale onsite.
An ability to manage digital WH&S and compliance systems is vital.
We will provide a work vehicle, pay well above award, and offer bonuses for projects that are run efficiently and meet targets.
