Suncoast Asphalt is a progressive asphalt provider servicing commercial
and residential customers across south-east Queensland. We are currently
recruiting for a highly motivated professional to join the Suncoast Asphalt Contracting
Team as a Seal Labourer located in Narangba, QLD, with jobs in
and around the greater Brisbane area.  

We are seeking a motivated and reliable Seal Labourer to assist in various sealing projects throughout the Brisbane
area. This role involves working outdoors and requires a strong work ethic,
attention to detail, and a commitment to safety.

Role Responsibilities:

• Assist
  with the preparation and sealing of asphalt surfaces.
• Operate
  machinery and tools related to asphalt sealing.
• Truck
  spotting.
• Follow
  instructions from supervisors and work as part of a team.
• Maintain
  a clean and organized worksite.
• Adhere
  to all safety protocols and guidelines.

Qualifications:

• Previous
  experience in asphalt work or construction is an advantage but not
  required.
• Ability to work
  in various weather conditions.
• Strong physical
  stamina and the ability to lift heavy materials.
• Basic
  understanding of safety practices in construction.
• Valid driver’s
  license.
• MR licence is
  advantageous.
• Roller ticker is advantageous.

What we offer:

• Base hourly rate
  from $28, pending experience, plus penalty rates, plus super.
• Working 8 – 12-hour shifts. Day shift 6am – 6pm, night shift 6pm – 6am.
