Scaffolding & Rigging Traineeships (Aboriginal & Torres Strait Islander Applicants)

Location\: Pinjarra & Wagerup WA (Must have personal transport)

UGL is excited to offer Traineeship opportunities in Scaffolding and Rigging, supporting Aboriginal & Torres Strait Islander people to start a long-term career in the construction and maintenance industry.

This is a great pathway for anyone wanting hands-on experience, nationally recognised qualifications, and ongoing career growth.

What You Need

To apply, you simply need to:

  • Be 18 years or older
  • Hold a current driver’s licence
  • Have a reliable car to get to and from site (Pinjarra & Wagerup)
  • Able to pass a medical  
  • Be motivated, committed, and eager to learn
  • No previous industry experience is required — we will train you.
