Concept Scaffold is a growing and well-established scaffolding company, and we’re currently looking for a reliable and motivated Scaffolding Labourer to join our team, with the potential to move into roofing handrail installation and light-duty two-plank scaffolding duties over time.
We’re looking for someone who wants to grow and develop within the company. If you enjoy working outdoors, aren’t afraid of hard work, and want to build a long-term career in the construction industry, we want to hear from you.
💼 About the Role:
• Assisting with the erection and dismantling of scaffolding
• Loading and unloading materials and equipment
• Assisting with roofing handrail installation as trained
• Working alongside experienced scaffolders on residential sites
• Maintaining a safe and tidy work environment
• Following all safety procedures and site requirements
✅ What We’re Looking For:
• Driver’s Licence (essential)
• White Card (essential)
• Basic construction or labouring experience preferred (not essential)
• Scaffolding ticket an advantage, or willingness to obtain
• Physically fit and capable of manual work
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
💰 Pay & Benefits:
• $30 – $35 per hour, depending on experience (open to negotiation)
