About the Role

This is a hands-on position where you will combine your plumbing expertise with strong customer communication and sales skills. Your responsibilities will include:

• Attending new jobs to assess issues and determine the required works.

• Preparing accurate, timely quotes and presenting solutions to customers.

• Clearly explaining the work required, why it’s important, and associated costs.

• Securing customer approval and arranging payment.

• Completing works to the highest standard of safety and quality.

• Managing your own jobs and, when required, supervising other plumbers.

• Updating our job management system with accurate records.

What We’re Looking For

• Australian Qualified and Registered Plumber.

• Minimum 5 years’ experience, including gas fitting.

• Experience in both residential construction and maintenance (preferred).

• Proven ability to work independently and manage projects from start to finish.

• Strong communication and customer service skills.

• Current, clean Australian driver’s licence.
