Routine Maintenance Plumber - Commercial

Our client is a well\-established national company servicing both Government and Commercial clients through their group of businesses.

We currently have a permanent full\-time Routine Maintenance Plumber position for around Sydney. You will be responsible for delivering planned and preventative plumbing services across commercial sites, ensuring compliance, reliability, and high\-quality workmanship..
<\/p>

This role suits a plumber who enjoys structured work, strong systems, and long\-term client relationships.

Works will include:<\/b>
<\/p>

• TMV servicing , testing & Maintenance
  <\/p><\/li>

• Backflow prevention testing & reporting
  <\/p><\/li>

• General plumbing compliance checks
  <\/p><\/li>

• Pump inspections
  <\/p><\/li>

• Scheduled asset maintenance
  <\/p><\/li>

• Minor reactive works as required
  <\/p><\/li> <\/ul>

  Requirements<\/h3>

  • NSW Qualified Licensed Plumber
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Backflow Accreditation (essential)
    <\/p><\/li>

  • TMV Accreditation ( essential)
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Experience in commercial maintenance
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Strong fault\-finding skills
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Ability to complete digital reports & documentation
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Professional presentation and communication skills
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Current Driver’s Licence
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Permanent full\-time working rights for Australia only
