Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Roof Plumber to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining roofs, gutters, and downpipes. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Responsibilities:
- Install, repair, and maintain roofs, gutters, and downpipes
- Inspect roofs for damage and leaks
- Determine the best course of action for repairs or replacements
- Measure and cut materials to fit specific requirements
- Install and repair flashing and other roof components
- Work with a variety of materials, including metal, tile, and shingles
- Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and meets safety regulations
- Communicate with clients to provide updates on progress and answer any questions
- Supervise others
Qualifications/Essentials:
- Completion of a Roof Plumbing apprenticeship or equivalent experience
- Strong knowledge of roofing materials and installation techniques
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Drivers License and own vehicle
