Restoration Technician / Labourer / Cleaner

Leader Restoration is a rapidly growing restoration company that has been specialising in insurance repairs for over 20 years. We are seeking a Restoration Technician to join our dynamic team in a permanent full-time role. We are based in Beenleigh and service Brisbane, Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast, Ipswich, and surrounding areas.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• A strong work ethic and a positive, can-do attitude
• A keen eye for detail and quality workmanship
• The ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Willingness to learn and grow into a fully qualified Restoration Technician
• Experience in labouring, restoration, or cleaning (preferred but not essential)

Key Duties Include:

• Water extraction and structural drying
• Building strip-outs and general labouring tasks
• Cleaning and restoration of contents, carpets, and upholstery
• Packing and moving items for restoration projects
• Using technology to track job progress and updates
• Following safety and compliance procedures at all times
