We’re not looking for someone who needs hand-holding or sees quoting as an opportunity to oversell equipment. This is a role for someone who understands that trusted advisors close better deals and get invited back.
 
You’ll be joining a well-established HVAC company with over three decades of steady growth and a reputation for doing things properly. The leadership team values long-term customer relationships, accurate quoting, and systems that actually work not just sales targets.
 
What's On Offer:
  • $110K–$125K (negotiable based on experience)
  • Monthly commission: This isn’t about chasing volume, it rewards precision. You’ll earn bonuses on every job sold, with higher payouts for larger contracts. Hit your KPIs and maintain margins and you can expect an additional $1K–$1.5K/month
  • Car allowance: $17,000 annually
 
Benefiting from a steady pipeline of 200+ qualified leads per month, you’ll be:
  • Qualifying inbound leads (no cold calls)
  • Conduct on-site and showroom consultations to understand client needs
  • Designing HVAC solutions that suit site conditions, customer expectations, and budget
  • Quoting and following up professionally through to sale
  • Maintaining clean communication and handover notes to ensure smooth install
 
What You Bring:
  • Proven experience in residential HVAC sales and estimation
  • Technical understanding of HVAC systems and applications
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Able to work independently while contributing to a tight-knit team
 
HVAC qualifications would be a bonus, but proven sales performance in residential HVAC matters most.
 
This role will enable you to focus on your outstanding customer service skills where you’ll have a flow of qualified leads, access to a modern showroom, and a support team that’s built around delivery. You won’t be micro-managed. But you will be expected to deliver quality outcomes and maintain margin discipline.
