The Opportunity

Due to rapid growth, we are seeking a couple of qualified carpenters to join our Retirement Living site team. This key role will report to a Site Manager and work on a portfolio of multiple unit turnovers from start to finish. Some key responsibilities include:


  • Day-to-day carpentry tasks with a focus on fix and fit off.

  • Work closely with key subcontractors

  • Adhere to OHS policies and procedures

  • Mentor an apprentice

  • Ensure construction projects are built in line with building regulations and to schedule.

The successful applicant will bring to the role:


  • Qualified carpenter who shows initiative and professionalism

  • Experience in the residential construction

  • Competent multitasker with the ability to work on multiple small projects simultaneously

  • Ability to work in a close-knit team

  • Valid driver's license

  • Exhibit high attention to detail and pride in workmanship
