Property Operations Technician - Painter & Electrician (Full-Time) | The Star Brisbane

As a Property Operations Technician, you'll be responsible for carrying out routine and specialised maintenance work across our vibrant property – from minor repairs to detailed trades work – based on scheduled tasks from our Maximo maintenance system.

We are currently seeking dedicated and qualified Painters and Electricians to join our Property Operations Team in a full-time, permanent capacity.

We're Hiring:

• Painter - Experience with wallpaper, veneer panelling, and decorative finishes
• Electrician - Proven expertise in commercial electrical systems 

What We’re Looking For:

• Prior experience in a similar trade or maintenance role
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Availability to work 24/7 rotating shifts
• Relevant qualifications:
  • Painter: Certificate III in Painting & Decorating (Additional skills in plastering, upholstery, or wallpapering are a plus!)
  • Electrician: Certificate III in Electrotechnology
