About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a full time qualified Production Welder at Moddex in Maryborough West QLD.

Your days will be busy and varied, and will include:

Fabrication/Welding

• Assembly of balustrade panels as shown on production drawings. 


• Welding of balustrade panels as per company weld procedure & specification. 


• General “as needed” fabrication for workshop improvements or testing purposes. 

Operation of Pipe Saw

• Cut pipe & other materials to specific lengths as shown on production drawings.  


• Pack cut lengths in a way appropriate for the next process stage.


• Dimensional & Quality Checks

Assisting the Area Production Manager with suggestions for improvement in safety, efficiency and quality and providing factory floor support where needed 

About You:
