Product Support Advisor


We are looking for a talented Product Support Advisor (PSA) to join our team based at Yandicoogina. You will utilise your previous field service experience and knowledge of Cummins HHP engines to deliver a high level of support to the customer. The role operates on an 8/6 roster flying in and out of Perth. Flights are within the 8 Days, to allow a full 6 day’s break.


Description



  • Deliver a first-class service to our customer prioritising fleet availability of the Cummins powered Hitachi & Komatsu equipment.


  • Complete breakdown repairs and maintenance on site


  • Diagnose and repair various engines.


  • Ensure adherence to all relevant Health Safety & Environmental policies, procedures and legislation and report any issues / incidents to the Field Service Supervisor


  • Complete required documentation, such as service worksheets, timesheets, warranty claims, quality documents via handwritten forms or business system input screens.





  • Mechanical trades qualified as a Heavy Vehicle Mechanic (to Australian standards)


  • Experience as a Diesel Mechanic in the service and maintenance of HHP heavy diesel products in field service. Cummins engines is highly preferred.


  • Solid diagnostic and IT capabilities


  • Strong Communication skills


  • Ability to prioritise varying demands and act accordingly


  • Hitachi/ Komatsu Experience Highly Desirable
