We’re seeking a Senior Piping Engineer with proven expertise in slurry systems and tailings facilities to join a leading engineering team on major mining projects. About the role:
You’ll take a lead role in piping design and engineering for slurry pipelines and tailings handling systems, ensuring safe, reliable, and cost-effective solutions. The position requires both technical depth and the ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality outcomes across design, studies, and project delivery.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead or support piping design for slurry pipelines and tailings facilities

• Conduct stress analysis, hydraulic assessments, and material selection specific to slurry flow

• Provide engineering input during design, construction, and commissioning

• Ensure compliance with industry standards, specifications, and safety requirements

About you:

• 10+ years’ experience in piping engineering, with strong slurry-specific project work

• Expertise in tailings handling, thickened tailings, and slurry transport systems

• Strong background working on large-scale resources/mining projects

• Ability to collaborate effectively with civil, mechanical, and process disciplines
