Poly Welders

We're civil contractors based in Perth, providing tailored civil contracting solutions to our clients.  We work across a range of diverse capabilities, so our employees are always exposed to different projects, environments and unique challenges.

DM Civil is seeking qualified poly welders to enhance our existing Plastics division.  Competence as a plant operator would also be advantageous, allowing you more flexibility and opportunities across our sites.

To be successful in this position, you will:

• Hold welding qualifications including butt and electrofusion welding, with extrusion and/or weld plastic materials highly desirable,
• Have a minimum of 2 years recent experience in poly welding,
• Preferably have plant operator tickets and experience,
• Show professionalism when dealing with key stakeholders,
• Show initiative and have a positive attitude and desire for continuous improvement through training and development,
• Be proactive when doing repetitive, manual duties, and
• Hold a blue/white safety card, a current drivers licence and have your own transport.

You must have working rights in Australia and be in WA. 

Rates will be negotiated commensurate with your experience and expertise.  Our team is well respected in the industry and will support you to achieve your career goals. Previous employment stability and a demonstrated understanding of technical and HSEQ procedures is essential. 

A pre-employment medical including alcohol and drug screen will be required.
