ABOUT THE ROLE

With several projects underway, we are actively seeking a skilled Plumbing Supervisor to join our team in Melbourne's City West! We pride ourselves on providing a professional trade team; our goal is to exceed customer expectations consistently. This is why we are looking for someone who has great attention to detail and take pride in the work they perform and the role they play within our business. NPS has established regular and satisfied customers, we are looking for team players, who possess well developed people skills, with the ability to deal with all customers in a professional manner and deliver high quality work, on time. Key requirements include, but are not limited to:

• Monitor project progress and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Coordinate with trades, contractors, and clients for smooth execution.
• Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues as needed.
• Maintain strong client relationships as the main point of contact.
• Ensure accurate quoting and meet client requirements.
• Supervise and support the team, providing necessary tools and training.
• Report progress regularly and assist in efficiency improvements.
• Uphold safety standards and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Dedicate your efforts to carrying out duties efficiently.

ABOUT YOU

With several projects under way, we need a reliable and committed Plumbing Supervisor to join us, do you possess:

• Registered plumber with 5+ years of experience.
• Skilled in sewer, water, and gas work.
• Deep understanding of industry practices and safety codes.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Detail-oriented and effective communicator.
• Thrives under pressure with strong organisational skills.
• Professional and positive approach to work.
• Confined space certification and plumbing license highly valued.
